J. Jayabalan

Chief Operating Officer, Medizyn

Mr. Jayabalan J is responsible for the overall strategy and operations at Medizyn. Jayabalan J is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and is currently consulting many MNCs across Asia in various aspects of Quality, Cost, and Delivery. He has done B.Tech (Mechanical) from National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra. He has worked in a Japanese Automobile OEM before venturing into Business Consulting. He is a guest faculty for Premier Government of India institutions and industries associations such as MSME-DI, National Academy of Defense Production, and Advanced Training Institute. His work on Lean Six Sigma in healthcare was awarded the Best Paper in Asian Network of Quality in 2010. He has co-authored articles, which have been published in various industrial magazines.

Aishwarya is an Engineer by qualification, specialized in Computer Science. She leads the Customer Relations and Digital Transformation aspects of Medizyn. In the past, she has played customer-facing project management roles in frontline IT & ITES organizations.

Suganya Rajendran

Finance Director

Suganya is a Finance Manager by profession. She has graduated in Commerce from Ethiraj College for Women, and an MBA in Finance from Madras University. She is also a qualified SAP consultant. She has rich experience in the fields of insurance, accountancy, finance, Pharma in India, and Sultanate of Oman.

Dr. Revathy Sundarraj

Dental Surgeon

Dr.Revathy is a Dental Surgeon graduated from Meenakshi Ammal Dental College, Chennai. She is also a qualified Psychologist, practicing as a Pediatrics Psychologist and also provides counselling for parents and kindergarten children. She is also an expert in dental equipments and consumables.

Dr. Kalaivani

Dental Surgeon

Dr. Kalaivani is a Dental Surgeon. She graduated from Annamalai University and has more than 13 years of experience as a dental surgeon both in private and government hospitals. She has expertise in dental surgical equipment and consumables.

N. Balamurugan

Pharma Consultant

Mr. Balamurugan is a qualified Pharmacist. He has done his B. Pharm from Dr. MGR Medical University, MBA in Marketing, and MSc Psychology from Madras University. He has rich experience in the field of Pharma & Surgicals in various MNCs at the pan-India level. He is currently an entrepreneur focusing on the consultancy of Human resources for Overseas markets like Middle East countries. He is also specialized in Overseas Educational Consultancy.

Dr. Jayavardhanan

Microbiologist consultant

Dr. Jayavardhanan is a Senior Microbiologist and obtained a doctorate in Nanotechnology from Satyabama University. He has presented numerous research papers in international journals and he is a co-author of the book “The Impact of nanotechnology on the environment”. He is an honorary reviewer of 2 international Nanotechnology journals.
